The chamfer is not nice and clean but I like that it is rough and not perfectly smooth.

I tried using the ball bur to make little circles on one of my cuff bracelets and I just can’t keep it steady. I think it is my rotary tool. It is really hard to hold still.

Anyway here are some pics of the Cuffs I made.

I have hammered my cuff bracelet and done the first polish and there are a lot of small dints.

Can I anneal this again and try hammering them out?

I have ordered a bigger slow cooker.

So I will have 2 now.

I have soldered my pebbles on and I have 2 or 3 that have silver solder on the top of the pebble. What is the best way to clean this up?

My slow cooker is not wide enough to pickle things like cuff bangles before they are shaped. How do you pickle larger items? Can you just make some pickle with hot water and sit it in that a sit cools?

Thank you so much Clayton. I have done more research and I phoned a company that sold them and they looked into what I would need. As long as it is over 5ltrs a minute it will work.

I also tried those laser texture sheets and they are amazing. As long as you anneal the metal first before rolling they are fantastic.

Oh dear that would be hard when you have to massage. I bought some of those finger guards, but they are a material that you can’t cut through. They are great, but like you said I am just going to do one thing and I don’t put them on. I sanded my thumb until it split. (ouch)

I have bought some of those laser texturing pieces. Going to give them a try and see how they come out.

I will still focus on my sanding. I have to get it right. I am a bit of a perfectionist.

My goal for 2026 is to slow down and get my sanding done properly so my finish shines like the sun.
